Welcome to Divinity Consult. By engaging our services, visiting our website, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand the nature of our relationship, the scope of our services, and your rights and responsibilities as a client.

1. Service Scope

Divinity Consult provides educational consulting and advisory services to assist students with university admissions, scholarship guidance, visa preparation, and relocation support. We act as facilitators and advisors only, all final admissions, scholarships, and visa decisions are made solely by the respective institutions or authorities.

2. Application and Admission

While we strive to secure the best possible outcome for every client, admission decisions rest entirely with the universities and colleges applied to. Our role is to provide accurate guidance, complete applications thoroughly, and submit within required timelines. We cannot guarantee acceptance into any specific university, course, or scholarship program. What we can do is apply to several universities that fit your profile to maximise your chances.

3. Visa Processing

Divinity Consult offers document preparation, guidance, and mock interviews to support your visa application. However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy or immigration authority. We exclude liability for visa refusals or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Where a visa refusal occurs on a fixable basis, we provide visa reapplication support up to two times at no extra cost.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

All service fees are payable according to your selected package and outlined in your client agreement.

• A non-refundable deposit is required before the commencement of services.

• Remaining payments are due at specified milestones (e.g., university submissions, offer letters, or visa stages).

• All payments are non-refundable once a respective stage has begun, as each stage incurs administrative, consultancy, and third-party costs.

All payments must be made to Divinity Consult’s designated account or official payment portal only.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available in cases of visa refusal, client withdrawal, non-cooperation, or submission of false or incomplete information. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge understanding of this policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and successful process, clients are required to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.

• Submit requested documents within agreed timelines.

• Communicate respectfully and only through official Divinity Consult channels.

• Comply with all partner institution and visa authority requirements.

Failure to do so may lead to delays or termination of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Divinity Consult shall not be held liable for:

• University or visa rejections.

• Changes in institutional policies or government regulations.

• Delays due to third-party agencies or authorities.

• Loss of documents sent through external postal or courier services.

• Provision of false documentation and information.

  
  

Our responsibility with you concludes within two weeks of your successful arrival and settlement abroad. After that, we are happy to offer continued guidance informally, but we no longer operate as your agent.

8. Independent Services

Divinity Consult offers certain services both as part of a full consultation package and independently, depending on the client’s needs.

You may choose to engage us for:

• Admission Support Only: We can manage your university applications, including course selection, documentation, and submissions, even if you do not proceed with the full relocation package.

• SOP (Statement of Purpose) Review & Coaching: Available as a standalone service for students who wish to write or refine their personal statements independently.

• Accommodation Assistance: Offered separately for clients who already hold admission offers and simply require help securing suitable housing abroad.

However, please note:

• Visa Processing Services are not offered independently. We are not a visa agency, and visa assistance is provided only to clients enrolled in our full consultation package.

• Scholarship & Funding Guidance and Pre-departure & Arrival Assistance are also offered exclusively to full-package clients, as they rely on complete background information and institutional coordination.

• Independent services are priced individually from the full relocation package.

9. Intellectual Property

All written materials, templates, guides, and resources provided by Divinity Consult are the property of the company and may not be distributed, duplicated, or used for resale without written consent.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We treat your personal data with utmost confidentiality and comply with global data protection standards. Your information is used strictly for educational placement and support purposes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these terms shall be resolved amicably through discussion. Where resolution is not possible, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
